Application Process

  • States, UTs, and central ministries submit concept notes and blueprints to the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Selection Stages

Stage 1: Initial review of proposals and sketches. Some entries are modified or rejected.
Stage 2: 3D models are assessed, and only the finalized designs proceed for fabrication.

Evaluation Criteria

✔️ Visual appeal and theme relevance.
✔️ Use of local artists and traditional music.
✔️ Preference for eco-friendly materials, robotics, 3D printing, and advanced technologies.

Selection Guidelines

✔️ Themes must align with MoD’s annual theme (e.g., “Viksit Bharat” in previous years).
