DHS Assam has released the official notification for the recruitment of 191 Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts in 2025. The vacancies include Health Educator, Junior Assistant/Account Assistant cum LDA, and Basic Health Worker (BHW). Eligible graduates with a computer diploma can apply online from 12th September to 21st September 2025 through the official website.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 6-month diploma in Computer Application is mandatory.
  • Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):
  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: UR – 40, OBC/MOBC – 43, SC/ST – 45, PwBD – 50

Pay Scale

  • Health Educator: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 + GP ₹7,600
  • Junior Assistant / Account Assistant LDA: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 + GP ₹6,200
  • Basic Health Worker (BHW): ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 + GP ₹5,600

Other Requirements

  • Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of Assam.
  • NOC required for candidates already in Government service.
  • Valid Caste Certificate for reservation claims.
  • PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
