Graduate and final-year UG students belonging to the Tai Ahom Community of Assam were invited through online and offline modes for admission into this prestigious program. Selection was carried out purely on a merit basis determined by a Written Test and Personality Interview.

The entrance exam was held on 3rd September, 2023 across five centres — Sivasagar, Golaghat, Dibrugarh, Dhemaji, and Kamrup (M). A rigorous selection process was followed, including a 100-objective-question paper and 5 descriptive questions under strict negative marking criteria.

Selected meritorious students were successfully placed in a reputed institute in Guwahati for APSC coaching and supported for UPSC coaching in Delhi, under the close collaboration and monitoring of the Government.

This initiative equipped talented youth of the Tai Ahom Community with comprehensive training for both Prelims and Mains, supported by experienced faculty and well-researched materials. The program aims to empower aspirants to achieve their goals and contribute to the civil services of the state and the nation.
